News from our 13th General Chapter
June 18 to July 1, 2022
On Friday, July 1, we concluded the 13th General Chapter of the Congregation. The elections of the new Prioress General and her Council took place during the Chapter. The following sisters were elected:
Sister Marlaine Lalancette, Prioress general; Sister Nicole Potvin, 1st councilor and assistant; Sister Elisabeth Huot, 2nd councilor; Sister Murielle Bérubé, 3rd councilor; Sister Francine Bigaouette, 4th councilor.
The theme chosen for the next five years is:
"Let us be recreated by the Spirit"
We congratulate our new Prioress General and the members of her council.
They will take office on August 17.
We also thank the sisters who served during the previous mandate:
Sister Julienne Turmel, Prioress General; Sister Nicole Potvin, 1st Councilor and Assistant; Sister Yvette Blouin, 2nd Councilor; Sister Marlaine Lalancette, 3rd Councilor.
